Редакция журнала рассматривает только рукописи, которые не были опубликованы ранее (в том числе на любом другом языке) или не находятся на рассмотрении в других журналах.

Редакция строго следует правилам и нормам авторского права и “чистоты” текста. В случае обнаружения нарушений (плагиат, самоплагиат, фальсификация данных и др.) редакция принимает решение об отказе опубликования статьи или отправляет ее на доработку.
